We are proud of our delivery record and we only use Royal Mail who are accepted as the most reliable delivery network in the UK.

We offer a number of Tracked Royal Mail delivery options so that you can choose which option best suits you.

• ROYAL MAIL TRACKED second class (Mon–Fri) – £3.95
• ROYAL MAIL TRACKED first class (Mon–Fri) – £5.95
• NEXT DAY DELIVERY Despatched by 3pm (Mon to Fri) – £9.95
• SATURDAY DELIVERY GUARANTEED  – £16.95

Orders must be placed by 3pm for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 3pm will be sent out on the next working day.

PLEASE NOTE – Due to coronavirus orders may take slightly longer to arrive than normal.

Free Returns

To make the return process as easy as possible, we use Royal Mail’s tracked returns service and My Hermes for larger items.

So if for any reason you need to return any gifts to us, provided it is unused, we will replace it, exchange it or refund it.

Please note all full priced items must be returned within 30 days – All sale items can not be returned. One free return allowed per order.

PLEASE NOTE OUR FREE RETURNS POLICY DOES NOT INCLUDE INTERNATIONAL AND CHANNEL ISLAND RETURNS.
