Always wondered what everyday objects conduct electricity?
Well now you can find out with this cool Connector Robot from the Science Museum.
Simply place the robot’s hands onto an object and watch what happens.
If the object conducts electricity, the robot’s chest will light up and the robot will beep.
Kids will have lots of fun discovering that they can conduct electricity by holding the robot’s hands to see him light up.
Or they can gather friends and family to see how many people can hold hands in a circle and still conduct electricity through the robot.
This Connector Robot is a great way for kids to learn which materials are conductors of electricity; supporting the National Curriculum for Science Key Stages 1 and 2.
Robot measures approx 10cm tall.
Packaging measures: 20cm x 14 cm.
Recommended for kids age 5 and over.
