Just drive the train up to the loading bay where a massive crane is waiting on the track to load and unload the cargo.

Simply rotate the button on the crane to release its magnetic hoist line and pick up the cargo.

Then load the cargo onto the Hape train and safely steer through the gates at the automatic railway crossing!

We offer a number of Tracked Royal Mail delivery options so that you can choose which option best suits you.

  • ROYAL MAIL TRACKED first class (Mon–Fri) – £5.95
  • NEXT DAY DELIVERY Despatched by 3pm (Mon to Fri) – £9.95
  • SATURDAY DELIVERY GUARANTEED  – £16.95

Orders must be placed by 3pm for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 3pm will be sent out on the next working day.

Free Returns

To make the return process as easy as possible, we use Royal Mail’s tracked returns service and My Hermes for larger items.

So if for any reason you need to return any gifts to us, provided it is unused, we will replace it, exchange it or refund it.
