We are proud of our delivery record and we only use Royal Mail who are accepted as the most reliable delivery network in the UK.

We offer a number of Tracked Royal Mail delivery options so that you can choose which option best suits you.

  • ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 2-3 days, (Mon–Fri) – £3.95
  • ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 1-2 days, (Mon–Fri) – £5.95
  • NEXT DAY DELIVERY Despatched by 3pm (Mon to Fri) – £9.95
  • SATURDAY DELIVERY – £16.95

Free Returns

To make the return process as easy as possible, we use Royal Mail’s tracked returns service and My Hermes for larger items.

So if for any reason you need to return any gifts to us, provided it is unused, we will replace it, exchange it or refund it.

Just email us at customerservices@what2buy4kids.co.uk and we will sort it out for you.

Please note all items must be returned within 30 days.
