Orders must be placed by 3pm for same day dispatch. Any orders placed after 3pm will be sent out on the next working day

Free Returns

To make the return process as easy as possible, we use Royal Mail’s tracked returns service and My Hermes for larger items.

So if for any reason you need to return any gifts to us, provided it is unused, we will replace it, exchange it or refund it.

Please note all items must be returned within 30 days.
