We are proud of our delivery record and we only use Royal Mail who are accepted as the most reliable delivery network in the UK.

We offer a number of Tracked Royal Mail delivery options so that you can choose which option best suits you.

 

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 2-3 days, despatched 3pm Mon – Fri £3.95

ROYAL MAIL TRACKED 1-2 days, despatched 3pm Mon – Fri £5.95

NEXT DAY DELIVERY despatched by 3pm (Mon to Fri) to UK Mainland Only by ROYAL MAIL £9.95

SATURDAY DELIVERY GUARANTEED to UK Mainland only by ROYAL MAIL £16.95 

 

Our Triple Check Approach

 Every order gets checked three times before it is sent out as we want you to get what you have ordered with any mistakes. This takes us a bit longer to do, but we feel that the extra effort is well worth it.

 

We own all of the stock that we sell and store it in our warehouse. We can therefore guarantee that we will pick and pack your items immediately.

A lot of other companies have an arrangement with their suppliers whereby they only buy the stock when they get an order from a customer and this often leads to delays in delivery and sometimes causes orders to be unfulfilled because of stock control problems. We DON'T work like that - we hold all of our stock ourselves and our integrated stock and website system makes sure that we only sell items that we physically have in our warehouse. We won't let you down - ever.

 Royal Mail collect all parcels from us at about 4pm each working day (Monday to Friday). We promise to pick your order and get your parcel into the Royal Mail system immediately and we expect that all orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched on the same day.

Any orders placed after 3pm on a Friday and all orders placed over the weekend will not be despatched until Monday.

Please note that that any orders placed over bank holidays will not be despatched until Tuesday.

 

 

If you are unhappy with any of your items then you can return them to us for FREE. We offer a no hassle refund policy where all we ask is that you return the item to us in an unused state with it's original packaging still in place.

  International Customers   

We offer two services to our international customers:-

a) Sending Gifts To Kids In The UK

Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to send gifts to kids in the UK if you live abroad or in the Ex-Pat community.  

This service is very easy. You simply shop for the presents you would like to send. Then at the checkout stage you fill in the UK delivery address of where you want the gifts to be sent. We not only gift wrap these presents for you in tissue paper, but can hand write a personal message for you too.

For your convenience all this information is asked for at the checkout stage.

We know many of you send multiple gifts to one address, especially at Christmas and would like the presents wrapped separately, each having its own personal message card.  This is not problem - simply email us at customerservices@what2buy4kids.co.uk with your requirements and let us do the rest.

b) Sending Kids Gifts Internationally

We will happily send any of our kids gifts all over the world and we are aware that some of our gifts are unique to the UK and cannot be bought in other parts of the world.

Our international delivery costs are based on weight, so if you are an international customer wishing to buy something from our website then simply email us at customerservices@what2buy4kids.co.uk for a quote. We need to know 2 things - the gifts you would like to send and the country they are going to.
