We use Paypal to process all transactions. However you do not need a Paypal account in order to shop with us. If you prefer, you can pay for purchases using your debit or credit card. Please check out as normal and then on the Paypal payment pages you will be given the option to pay with a debit/credit card if you wish.

WE USE ROYAL MAIL, MYHERMES COURIERS AND PARCEL FORCE TO DELIVER YOUR PARCELS QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY.

We believe that you should have a first class service from us and we want you to be thrilled with your experience. As part of our commitment to this, we send all gifts immediately and therefore your gifts arrive within a couple of days. Any orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm Monday to Friday, and those orders placed at the weekend, will be sent out the next working day.

The only thing  that we can't control is the postal service and for this reason we cannot guarantee the exact delivery timetable. But, if Mr Postman is doing his job properly,  you should get your items within 2-3 days if you live in mainland UK. Parcels to Northern Ireland and remote areas may take an extra day.

If, for whatever reason, delivery is going to be delayed beyond 7 days, we will notify you that this is the case and you will have the option to cancel your order if the delay is unacceptable.

We believe that everybody should enjoy opening their presents, therefore we wrap all of our gifts* in pink or blue tissue paper at no extra cost. This is perfect if you are sending a birthday present or gift to someone as they will get it all wrapped up! You can also add your own personal message during the checkout stage.

*Please note that due to the size of the 18" pillow pets these unfortunately can not be gift wrapped.
